The Lookout Cafe is the location of the Wild Horizons high wire adrenalin activities.
The Lookout Cafe is the ideal venue for your next function or event in Victoria Falls.
The Cafe is beautifully located with breathtaking views of the Batoka Gorge, Victoria Falls Bridge, Spray of the Falls and mighty Zambezi churning below.

The Lookout Café Experience
The Lookout Café, owned and operated by Wild Horizons, offers brunch and lunch dining experiences in Victoria Falls.
The Cafe’s simplistic design creates a flow through, connecting indoor and outdoor dining space, offering diners a unique experience with breathtaking views.
We offer something different to local and foreign patrons and ensure you enjoy a memorable food experience every time.

EXCLUSIVE USE OPTIONS FOR LOOKOUT CAFÉ AND HIGH WIRE ACTIVITIES
Exclusive use of the Lookout Café (inside restaurant only)
- $500 surcharge for Exclusive use of the Lookout Café (inside restaurant only) – between 12h30 and 14h30 , based on a minimum of 60 paying guests. Less than 60 guests will have to pay an additional surcharge of $25 per person i.e. if only 40 guests, they will have to pay the $500 surcharge plus another $25 per person for the shortfall of 20 guests = $1000 total surcharge.
Alternatively, for Groups less than 60 – guests can have an exclusive cordoned off section of the restaurant at no extra charge but the rest of the restaurant will be open to the public inside and out.
The High Wire Activities will remain open to the public who will then be able to sit on the lawns outside and order drinks from the restaurant and be able to come in to use the ablutions. They will not be able to order any meals.
Surcharge to block the High Wire Activities
$1000 surcharge to block the High Wire Activities between 12h30 and 14h30.
This means any persons outside of the group may only book activities after 14h30.
Where a group’s activities add up to or surpass the amount of $1750 in the 2 hour period, the $1000 surcharge fee for the activities will fall away or be refunded (where pre-paid).
Exclusive use of the Restaurant and Highwire activities.
$1500 surcharge for exclusive use of the Restaurant and Highwire activities between 12h30 and 14h30 based on a minimum of 40 paying pax. If less than 40 paying pax then there will be a surcharge of $25 per person short of 40 pax i.e. if 30 pax, then the surcharge will be $1500 plus 10 pax @ $25 per person = $250 = $1750 total surcharge.
Where a group’s activities add up to or surpass the amount of $1750 in the 2 hour period, $1000 of the surcharge fee will fall away or be refunded (where pre-paid).
Exclusive use of the High Wire activities
$2000 surcharge for exclusive use of the High Wire activities from 12h30 to 17h00 based on a minimum of 40 paying pax. If less than 40 paying pax, then there will be a surcharge of $25 per person short of 40 pax i.e. if booking is for 35 pax, then the surcharge will be $2000 plus 5 pax @ $25 = $125 = $2125 total surcharge.
This means that both “the Lookout Café and High Wire Activities” will be closed to the rest of the public for the whole afternoon.
Where a group’s activities add up to or surpass the amount of $1750, $1000 of the surcharge fee will fall away or be refunded (where pre-paid).
Exclusive use - Dinner at the Lookout.
Dinner at the Lookout – Minimum 15 pax (non-exclusive) Maximum 80 pax (maximum number negotiable if one group). For exclusive use – min no. of pax will be 30. This means that if any group between 15 – 30 book for dinner, The Lookout Cafe reserves the right to open the restaurant to others unless the group pays for 30 pax to ensure exclusive use.

Total Seating:158, 80 guests inside and 78 outside. Opening Hours: Open daily from 08h00 to 22h00 (freshly baked muffins available daily from 8am).
No breakfast during the week unless prebooked.
Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 10am.
Lunch: 10am to 4pm
Snack Menu: 4pm – 6.30pm
Dinner: 6.30 – 10pm (last food orders at 9pm)
